The SRZ 65 RC(H) amp has been a workhorse that is perfect for my needs. I'm usually playing a wide variety of top 40 dance music that can range from Bruno Mars to Van Halen. Whether the amp is driving a 2x12 greenback loaded marshall vertical offset cab or gold loaded Dr Z 1x12 convertible cab with the back open the amp delivers in any environment, outside-inside-small club-large club. The master volume is voiced so well I don't use an attenuator at all but admit it does get loud at times. Due to the kind of music i'm playing these days, I set SRZ for a big clean fat robust tone with a hint of hair when the guitar volume is on 10. I get OD and dist from pedals. Dr Z went above and beyond with this tone machine and just wanted say if you get the opportunity to play/own one of these amps, jump on it!

That one Drew has some sweet tones in it! Great with the greenback speakers. I love mine! There is a 15th Anniversary right now at GC for $1,049 - a steal! If I didn't already have the RC and the LE and the 6545 I'd be chasing that one.

Thats how I used to set my SRZ RC, the Green Backs are a great speaker for this amp! What guitar center Mike?

Chili, it looks like the amp's at the Houston store. But I bet if you call 'em they might ship it to your local store for a test-drive if you sound "interested."

I can vouch for the great tones that Drew's SRZ produces. I played it at my house with that 2x12 Marshall cab and a/b compared with my SRZ LE #35 I had at the time, now in Mark's hands. I also caught Drew's band live and the SRZ sounded terrific. Those older SRZ's definitely have some extra mojo going on, plus reverb. I really like it.

SRZ-65 is a phenomenal amp. I had plenty of fun on stage @ Wilbert's playing Bill Shea's STratocaster at Zfest 07 and my EBMM Super Sport thru the '65 at Zfest 08 ..... Definitely plenty tone and nice to share the volume cheers always, Joel
