Eagerly awaiting. Did you get your Manalishi in time for your gig?

Sorry for the late reply. I'm embarrassed to say that I didn't keep it. It was a very nice guitar but there were a couple things I couldn't get along with. Sticking with the R9 for now.
Also Larry was very gracious and great to work with. I highly recommend him if looking for a very nice LP copy.
sorry guys

Sorry to hear that you didn't keep it but would still put money on it that it was better in the flesh than the photographs! Thats one of the risks of buying online without actually playing the instrument and I know Larry Corsa stands behind his products 100% if your not happy with full refund. it was one of the things that concerned me being in the UK when I ordered mine but it more than lived up to my expectations of it and knowing from all his demo videos that they are very consistent tonally my only risk was the neck carve but having a preference for large necks I just went for the largest. Once he gets it on his website it won't hang around for long. From my point of view the instrument is far more than a Les Paul copy being a quality instrument in its own right with a specific tonal goal in its design and build with replicating the Peter Green range of tones.

Not every guitar does it for everyone every time. At least you got to give it a go and see if was what you wanted.
