Get some DeOxit and clean all your switches, tube sockets, pots, and especially your jacks....

I agree with Frank. It's likely just one. Tap each tube with the eraser on a pencil. You'll know when you hit the microphonic one. Cleaning up everything is always a good idea too.

It sure sounds like a microphonic preamp tube. Try tapping V1 first. It's a great idea to clean your pots, jacks, and sockets, but in this particular case I don't think it'll help. That's a tube that is ringing. Sometimes you can still use that microphonic tube in a low gain slot, like the phase inverter. Usually that sound is coming from a tube in the higher gain part of the preamp, V1 or V2.
