These two companies aren't related(AFAIK) but I am very interested in both, does anyone here have any experience with them? They seem like good people creating interesting products. The Holeyboard seems reasonably priced to me,and the lifetime transferable warrenty on Dr scientist pedals I haven't seen elsewhere.I am especially interested in the DR.S Reverb and Trem pedals. Also, any opinions on quiet pedalboard power supplys?I currently use a Guitar Fetish 5 pedal supply, and would like to cut some noise.

I have the Dr Scientist Red Reverberator, the older large ones. It does have more options than I need but it is built like a tank and I've had zero issues with it. It is also pretty pricey if you just want one type of verb but if you like options it's great. What sold me was a video by Jack Zucker doing a demo. This is the one I have.

I love the DR. Scientist website too...super fun. I've got a holeyboard....It allowed me to space out my pedals better than they were on my pedal train jr. It's heavy is probably the worst thing I'd say about it...less ergonomic to carry, and if you are trying pedals in different places or not needing them all for a particular gig, it's a pain to cut them off and re zip tie them all the time.
But once the board is done and things are in the order wanted, I really liked the lay out and the way it had two shelves .
I would love to get the Dr. Scientist Bit Quest...I've played the Tremolescense and it was great sounding.

I have no experience with the Holeyboards, but I'm a huge Dr Scientist fan! Ryan is one of the nicest guys in the business, on the ball too. One of the few builders that will answer an email on a Sunday. I have all but the last few of his offerings. I have an Elements, Tremloessence, two RRRs v2, two CosmiChorus latest version, two Cleanness v1 & v2, a FrazzDazzler and I just recieved a Sunny Day Delay v2, to replace one I foolishly sold. His pedals are a bit spendy, but they're works of art, inside and out. Check the ILF forum, he has his own section and rings in there from time to time... ilovefuzz.com/viewforum.php?f=146&sid=abd6db86b333c04ecddfec6e1a60e53eThere are a couple of ways to get a discount at that site.

There are a lot of Voodoo Lab Pedal Power II+ fans on here…..including me. Well worth the $$. They also make a larger model if you need more juice than the II+ can provide.

Right on Walt, glad that you found the deals. Ryan is a straight shooter, a real pleasure to deal with. A side note, the CosmiChorus v3 is on the way out, with @ 50 units left. He's taking a break from it for a while, it's not listed on his site anymore. I got a blem Trem off of him, I still can't find the blem.

I also could not find the blem on the red tv reverberator I just received.A half hour with it and its a winner.OD going in isn't going to work unless your going for Sonic Youth/My Bloody Valentine, but while I expect to use it into a clean amp mostly it also blends nicely with the Therapy when distorted(IMO).An unexpected bonus is any of the 3 plate settings set to slow with just a smidge of effect makes for a great sound when playing lead with single coils, adding sustain and body to notes.
