Yup!What I did was drop down the form and after my info,in the notes I wrote that I wanted the speaker and the ohms(16 or 8) and my mailing address. In a few hours I got an e mail with my final total including shipping, and how to pay-I think it was paypal, not positive. However,I am in the US,the wild card for you is shipping, import tax etc to Europe-IDK if the guys at Dr Z handle that.Good Luck!

I've dropped a mail to both Humbucker Music (from whom I bought my Therapy) and Peach yesterday, but I may proceed as you did. I'm really curious to hear my Therapy with such a speaker...

Hey guys, I loaded one of the new Z12 speakers in a Z Convertible cab. Then using a Headbone, I A/B'ed next to a Z conv cab with a G12H30 and it blew that speaker away! Then I compared it to a V30, C-Gold, C-Blue, EVM12L, and Celestion Greenbacks from the '70s. For tones in the Fender camp, this speaker is simply amazing. Doc hit another home run when he and Eminence put this speaker together. I heard it in two Z-LUX combos at Zfest this year, and it rocked! It's my #1 speaker right now below my Maz Jr.
Now I'm not knocking the other speakers .... there's nothing like a Blue in my Ghia and a Gold in my 'ray!

Nice report Don. Were you testing with your Maz Jr? I have been thinking about a Z speaker to use with my EZG and Maz Sr (reverb). Also, I agree, a Ray with a gold, or better yet, 2 golds in a Z open back cab, is fantastic.

Just make sure the Gold is first inline.

I don't see why having the Gold first inline would matter. AC signal would reverse direction, so if your pushing the max power, the blue is vulnerable either way, I'd think.
Or am I mistaken?
Anyway, I'd love to swap one of my blues for a gold with my 'Ray

Anyway, I'd love to swap one of my blues for a gold with my 'Ray In series, the first speaker on the hot lead takes the full brunt of the load. In this case, the 50 watt Gold gets hit first. If the Blue (a 15 watt speaker) was inline first, it could blow and then there would be no signal going to the Gold and then you'd have an amp trying to send out a signal without any load, and poof! There goes your OT! In parallel wiring, the amp's output goes to both speakers equally. If one of the speakers happens to fail, the amp will still keep on performing albeit to just the one good speaker. Sure, your impedance would be mismatched at that point, but the OT would be protected.

Anybody tried this speaker with a Monza? I'll bet this speaker would sound great paired with a Monza Rick. It's so round, without the spiky highs.

Anybody tried this speaker with a Monza? I was thinking the exact same thing. If I don't end up liking how the G12H breaks in, I'm snagging one of these guys...
