Ive used their upgrade kit on a LP and it worked great. no experience with their strat stuff...

They have great kits. I have their wiring harnesses in my Strat, Tele, and Les Paul. I noticed a huge difference each time!!!

Emerson custom has their prewired lp kits for $85 right now. A little less than the RS kit.

The only thing that really changes is the volume pot and the PIO cap. You can upgrade what you have already got for £30

wow! Just replaced my volume pot with the rs superpot 280k along with the rs vintage PIO 0.047 cap
Can't believe the difference!
The pickups really open up to the change. Sound brighter, woodier, more dynamic and the controls are much more usable! The volume taper is much more usable than standard, doesn't muddy up when you drop the volume.
I would urge people to give this ago.
