Has anyone tried both speakers with the Therapy? If so, any thoughts? I'm really liking the Creamback which I was using with the Remedy but want to try a Veteran 30. I'm actually going to buy one today. I've read some great reviews.

Correct me if I am Wrong: It's my understanding if you have a Gold no real need for the V-30 - The Creamback with a V-30 might be great. Seems like Z best have that Creamback with the Heritage30. I see on Youtube someone using Doc's 2x10's with a Les Paul and a Tele : Sounded just as good as what he sounded like with the V-30. what about Cel Blue and GH30? I currently have Gold and Blue Docs 2x10's and GH30 and V-30 - My intent is to try them all.

Love creamback in my Remedy but not as much with the Therapy. V30 all the way with the Therapy IMO.

First trials for me, the Creamback beat the V30, so I've been running it 1x12 for a couple of weeks. I may have to give the V 30 another try, but I really dig the Creamback!

Gold for me then is a tie for Celestion V30 and WGS Invader (High power version of the Green Beret- Replacement for Celestion G12M Greenback)

Interesting that you like the Gold. I have one sitting around that hasn't been broken in yet. I took it out to put in the less efficient Creamback for using with the Remedy.
Well I picked up the new WGS Veteran 30 and will be putting it in later today. It will be interesting to see the difference between it and the Creamback.

I found the gold to be nice as well, if you have one around. But I would not specifically buy one for the Therapy.

It was delivered to my local UPS 12/30 after 6PM : For some reason it didn't make the truck -So I have to wait until I hope just Friday:

Are the 2x10 cabs fairly bright?

well, my 2x10 has the Z speakers so I can only base my opinion on that. To me the 2x10 with the Doc speakers has tight lows, very smooth mids & smooth highs. My EZG sounds fantastic withthe 2x10 and so does my Therapy, although I mainly play The Therapy with my gold sometimes I use my PCNS Y cable and use the gold with the 2x10 as well, heaven to me. I hope I can one day purchase a 4x10 for my EZG...just can't do it now but I will

Well, the WGS Veteran 30 is definitely a great match with the Therapy as Dr.Z stated!
I'm still on the fence though as the Celestion Creamback has such a rich full tone to it. I'll have to see how the WGS sounds in the band mix.

Hi Stratman89, I'm just curious about your decision on the Veteran 30, if you like it better than the Creamback. I started out with the Creamback 65M and went to the Creamback 75H. I like my sound, but have been wanting to try the Veteran 30 since I've heard some of the comments about it.

I'm running a Creamback in my combo (open back) with a Gold in my Z Converible (open Back) with one of Todd's Y cables and it sounds Glorious

One of the band mates has been out of commission for a month. Were back at it on Thursday and I will be able to let you know the outcome. So far I really like the speaker and I'm very impressed with WGS.
