i everybody !! i just bought my carmen ghia , from the serial number is 2002 (it's correct to have chicken knobs?) this is the problem: after 5/10 min the sound goes low . i've changed power tubes (ehx el84) and v1(ecc83). i preferred to keep v2 (5751nos) and v5(5y3nos), i must changed v2 and v5 ? or the problem is somewhere else? thanks for the help

Hey Max, not sure about the volume drop...but my Ghia combo dates 1999 and it has chicken head knobs.

Did it happen with the old tubes? If not, put back in the old tubes, and systematically swap them out with the new ones. Start with the power tubes. Process of elimination...
I doubt it's the rectifier. Could be V2 or V5.

it's happen with new power tubes ,i try jj (more bright) and ehx (middy sound and maybe more power),but this mornig i try to changed v1 and the sound it's better and never drops. the guilty tube is a new jj ecc83. i replace with a ruby 12ax7, is this possible?
