Just to reiterate...Hypothermia isn't available yet but look for it on that link around mid-year or possibly May if things move quickly. I'll be sure to post when it's available Thanks for the order Peach! At least you'll know all the tunes when I tour Wisconsin! ;D Or better still, (not to mention, realistic) when you visit Down Under!

Jaye, your songs are amazing. You can tell you take your craft seriously. I need to have a CD as well. Some Karma for the great songs man. Lie down next to me is brilliant!

Thanks Aruntang, your comments are very inspiring! I think it's probably my favorite on the album although live it is definitely "Drift" or "The Abyss". Would love to have your rig as my "clean". I can hear the Strangray's playing "Lie Down Next To Me"

Still eagerly waiting! Sign me up for a copy for sure. Still digging listening to your first album!
Taz, just think... a few short months ago we were racing to 500, and now look at you -- darn near a grands-worth of posts! ;D

Yes, you have been missed Peach. Glad you like the first album. It's pretty different to "Hypothermia". I had visions of grandeur of touring with a quartet. It's hard enough to coordinate a trio! Yep, Tele62 and Bentop went by me like a tornado and left me in the dust! I think you bought the last "Piscean War" in stock. I'd better send some more. That whole album was recorded with a really nice JCM 800 and now Myles says the SRZ 65 will do the JCM 800 thing only better! So once again I'm gassin'.

So maybe once your new disc gets released and takes off then?!! Dude, I listen to Piscean War ALL the time... It's in the CD player in my garage, which would sound like an insult, but that's the place in the house I spend much of my free time... cleaning fish, getting the boat ready for the next adventure, drinking beer, etc. Man, if I ever make it to Australlia, you gotta promise me some jam time with a few beers, and then maybe we can follow it up with a little fly fishin'!

No worries! I have some mad fly-fishing friends. We also can organise accommodation as my "mother not it law" has a bed and breakfast, and my parents also have a self contained apartment on their 10 acres overlooking the ocean! Jamming is obviously not a prob. Glad you are enjoying Piscean War.

Ha! That's funny. Not to mention the humbuckers, Z-Best, and Route 66! My misses doesn't yawn anymore when I mention gear, she starts doing steampot impersonations with steam coming out her ears and her face going satanic red! Then she starts looking around for her pitchfork and that's about the time I run. ;D First thing my accountant says at tax time..."You don't make enough money, and spend too much money on sh!t" My reply is "none of my gear is sh!t, it's all top quality". That's about the time he reaches under his desk and pulls out a pitchfork and hands it to my misses! ;D

Thats funny stuff!!!!!!! You should seriously think about writing kids story books! Something about that teapot visual made me feel like a frightened kid . My soon to be "misses' does not know the exact quantity of guitars I own........or amps really. ( Thats one benefit of owning heads .........I have been training her little by little however so now when I get home from a gig instead of saying "how was the gig, sweety?" she says.........."How was your tone, sweety?"............ Its gotta tough on all our "Missesses"

hey thanks nick, I think I'm giving away some of my "Police" influence on that track...at least with the add9 "Andy" chords. I like the tone on that lick, Route 66 wound back pretty clean, neck pickup and yep, the producer threw the next lick into reverse!

Dern it, Tas!!
LIstening to the tracks is giving a BAD CASE OF '66 GAS!
That's just the ballsiest rock tone come from those magic big bottles. Who would need an SRZ-65 after listening to what the '66 can do (*zips up flame suit*).
I've heard the SRZ-65 files and it's a heck of a ballsy tone....but that bone-shaking crunch you get from the '66 is right up my alley.
Slash needs a RT66!!!
