I was surfing today and came upon this product Phil's Guitar Clay. Has anyone here tried it out? It looks pretty cool but I am wondering if it would be safe for Nitro finishes and such..

This is the first I heard of it. Should you try it I'm curious to hear your feedback.

It should be safe for nitro finishes. If you don't want to mess with a 3 step process, go to your local Harley Davidson dealer and pick up a can of their S100 Detail and Wax. Do not spray directly on the guitar. Spray on a clean cloth, rub it on the guitar and polish it off. Wax on, wax off, just like in Karate Kid. I use it on all my electric guitars and it works better than any guitar specific products that I have tried. I first learned about it from John Suhr who used to use it to clean and polish his guitars. I also have a Harley, so I can use it on that too.
