Ok...how the hell do you guys get a tele switch tip to stay on? My new to me relic has a tip that loves to come off...it's annoying!

I put a little squirt of hot glue and mine hasn't come off.

Cut a teeny-tiny little bit of cheapo masking tape and stick it around the end of the metal switch arm. (I'm not saying "sticky side out" or anything like that, either. All you're looking to do is make the tip of the metal switch arm a little fatter.) Just one layer of tape, maybe two, and that switch tip will fit nice & snug.

Agreed w previous tape post. Glue makes it awfully_hard to remove switch when it goes bad.

I agree with the tape idea , I've used a thin strip of Scotch tape to take up the slack.

I used a tiny drop of white glue. It keeps it on there and if I want to I can still remove it with little effort and no damage.

I usually just super glue em on and just know that if I ever have to replace the switch I have to buy another tip too. Although now that I think about if, I haven't had this problem in a while. Seems like the top hat are the worst for falling off.

I just cut a piece of paper to the width of the switch arm and fold it over, then put the switch on. Basically shimmimg it. Easy peasy.

Mark....if that one's loose, there's another in a tiny zip lock in the case pocket.... That's what I do.....buy a new one! Lot's of great suggestions above. I've used the speck of glue which worked great and popped right off when needed. Glad you got it fixed!
