My friend Gary is playing. Sorry, he has trouble keeping focused on what he is playing . Sounds pretty decent through my mac though. Love this amp!!!

Man, that is almost 100% identical to where I typically have my master volume and volume knobs set at. 2 pm and 11 am'ish. I discovered that running the Master at around 2 pm really opens up the amp and I do use an Aracom attenuator when I have to at home to keep everyone else sane.

we had a lot of fun jamming. he really says he preferred the route 66 to the therapy overall, but really enjoyed both. i told him i would let him borrow one for a while after my upcoming gig. we tried this tele (fender custom shop relic with fralin pickups), a gold top les paul reissue, another fender custom shop (strat), his music man guitar also. all were sounding impressive through both of these amps.

Interesting video - he's not one for long sustained notes, eh? I could see where, playing as clean as this, the Therapy has some real competition in the rest of the Z range (easier to list the amps which AREN'T competition in this regard: Monza, Remedy......... erm.......... that's about it!), so it will definitely come down to personal taste for sure. For me the Therapy opens up when the V is past noon - that's where MY mojo sits! Not so much competition on that side of the dial Thanks for posting!

i think he just preferred and response of the route 66... it comes across as louder if that makes sense. but make no mistake, both amps had us smiling quite a few times for sure. the therapy just seems to do more and i really like that about it. i'm a strat guy, so the therapy works best for my strats. the tele and les paul (although both also sound incredible through the therapy) shine brighter through the route 66 for me.
