Well I wanted to do video, but I've had such a long disappointing struggle with my studio that I finally just threw some cables together and did this clip with what I have. Therapy Wide OpenWell not really wide open - but the preamp is dimed. As you can hear, there is a bit of saturation going on there.

Thanks Mike - it really was just a scratch track to see if the mics were working and if I could manage to get it to this stage. I do plan to try my hand at a video here soon...

Loved it Steve! What guitar were you using? Hm, I guess I forgot to capture that. Grosh Retro Classic VT, more commonly known as a Tele.

I had one of those a few years ago and foolshly sold it what was I thinking? Anyway I've got a Crook Lesquire that I can't seem to unplug from this amp that sounds a lot like your clip.

Sounding pretty righteous to me, Steve! Nice crunchy tones, and great licks...as usual... Thanks for the fire, Bro!

This Grosh has been quite a ride, actually. A guy special ordered it, then got impatient and bought something else. So when it came in, it went up on the wall and ultimately, I bought it. It has the fattest neck of any Tele I have ever played. Fatter than my R8 Les Paul, which is already pretty fat. I became convinced I needed a smaller neck and contacted Grosh. When they heard the serial number, they said the neck pocket is too wide to put a standard neck on it. So I decided to conquer that fat neck, and I'm glad I kept at it - I'm convinced it gives the guitar something extra in the tone department. The Therapy sounds good with all of my guitars, but it LOVES that Grosh.

Yeah Steve, sounds real good! One of these days I'll get a chance to see a Therapy close up, might have to run over to Charlie's in Dallas and see if he has one in stock.

That's a nice full track there. The end sustain is killer and the chops were nice, too. There's definitely some gain in that amp. For the first go round with the recording stuff sounded stellar. Can't wait to hear more.
