Sorry for the size and it is a cell phone pic. Big thanks to Brent for the great service and the Dr for the tone. Oh, and yes I brought up the master

Blonde Z's sound best, but that red sure does look hot! Big congrats... So.... How do you like the sound? !!! Sound is great, love how it cleans up. Started with the 336 and a creamback then moved to the LP. I liked the LP much better with that speaker. I know it sounds great with many amps and cabs (although I like it in a shorty cab the best) but right away I thought "I need to pull out the gold". So tonight I will try that as well as the V30 cab I have , glad I have the night off!
It is the first red head I have owned and was not sure about getting it in red BUT as they say they are more fun!

Also redheads are sensitive to the sun so for your outdoor gigs bring sunscreen Besides looking forward to your thoughts on the new tone box, it would be cool to hear how you think it differs/compares with your other Z's. Not so much an apple to apple thing as an apple to orange thing. Apples are crisp and refreshing while oranges are sweet and juicy. Ummm oranges....

I'm so itchy to pull the trigger, but really want to hear the higher gain side with buckers before doing so, since I have a Remedy and SRZ here...UGH!!! Decisions!!!! Man, I wish I had the recording gear to let you hear that side of the amp! Okay, I play P90s in an LPS, but I run the V on this amp at 3 o'clcock, and boy does she bite yet sing at the same time! What I found with the Remedy was that it could over-saturate quite easily if you weren't careful. I loved the harmonic richness of the Rem by running the Hi V maxed, or near enough, but had to keep the GV low so as not to oversaturate and flub out. Also, the Rem had a 60s gritty feel to it's OD sound, which sounded great playing those types of songs, but just didn't suit later, more singing gain type songs. The Therapy does not flub out, ever! It never over-saturates, and although does not have the levels of OD that the Rem does, it has higher Gain, and is more harmonically rich IMHO. I can get high, singing lead tones which just cut through the mix, have no grit, yet have all sorts of harmonics in the tone - pinch notes are a pinch; feedback at will; rhythms that will punch you in the gut. Yet pull back or roll back the GV and you're into rich, warm, lively tones which clean up really well. If they're not clean enough, roll back the V on the amp on the fly, mid note, and you're there! No messing around with tone controls; no dropping out of "the mojo zone" - this amp does not have a hard-to-dial-in sweet spot IMHO. It has sweet spots all over the place! I loved my Remedy, I really did....... but I am IN LOVE with my Therapy!

So far the Dr is right a V30 sounds great with it. It does have a different thing going on and the drive is not like any of my other Z's that is for sure. I have not tried it with pedals yet but I will get that going soon. A friend was spot on when he said that it is really balanced. Everything is even, no big upper or lower overtones. I'll compare it with my other Z's when I get a little more time. Another thing Pete is very right about is that it is not as OD/drive/grind machine as the Remedy is.
