Well It finally got here this morning (after purcahsing it almost a week ago) from North Dakota (I'm in NC). It's all original, minus the tuners and I got it for a steal.... although I won't go into details. I've been looking at getting a vintage Epiphone for a while now, as I love the look of the one-off guitars like this, and this guitar is definitely different... I've played it for about30 minutes this morning, and so far I dig it, although we'll have to see how she holds up to band practice Monday. I've got my eyes set on another guitar at the moment, so no telling how long this one will be here, as I'm not yet attached to it. Here are the specs: - 1 piece mahogany Neck and body - 3 play white, black, white original Epiphone pickguard - Original silver top Dog ear P-90 - original cheapo amp knob volume and tone knobs - original bridge and tremolo (minus the trem arm) - aftermarket black tuners. The guitar has had a minor neck break (doesn't look like it's gone through the neck at all) and has been refinished in what looks to be nitro. (Photos courtesy of the original seller)

Cool lookin' . I love the older Gibson/Epiphone necks, as they are usually so nice to hold in the ol' hand. Tell how you do or don't bond with it. This goes along with Chris's thread on buying online or having to play it first. Have fun at practice.

Very cool vibe going on with that. Are you going to keep it a hardtail?

Nice! Those Epiphones have wonderful necks (unless you are into baseball bats) and the p-90s usually scream. I'd pull the vibrato, put it in the case and play it loud.

It has the smallest neck I've ever felt... I mean, it's a really nice change from my wider gibson necks. I'm really considering trying to string it up with the vibrato though... I just gotta find an arm somewhere.
