I just received a J serial Ghia. It had a 3A fuse in there though my other Ghia (2010) uses a 1A.
Anything else I should look out for? It sounds good but is quiet a bit earlier in breakup than my other (both have same tube compliment).
Should I send her in for checkup justincase?
Viva La Ghia!!!

Mine (C.G.) uses a 1A also...so does my Monza. Maybe the tubes are contributing to the early break up...maybe? I'd like to collect Ghia heads like J Mascis does Big Muffs.

Confirmed with Don that the v2 Ghias take a 1A just like the later ones. This one blows a 1A every time. I retubed it head to toe to ensure it didn't come with a bad tube. Definitely needs a visit to home but I may just return it to the seller.

Hey bluzman Yes, both the 1A and 3A are slo-blo. I only have those around as I only seem to need these sizes of fuses for tube amps Sent using some app on whatever device this is
