I have used a TS-9, Maxon OD808, and Diaz Texas Square Face with my KT-45 side of my 6545. I really liked them but found the best to be the Klon Centaur. The Diaz would get really muddy at any guitar volume position but max. The Maxon and the TS-9 were both good but colored too much. The Klon is just what I was looking for. It gives me the KT-45 bigger and badder.
Hope that is helpful.

I've been using a BSM RM treble booster, a BSM Fuzzbender, a BB preamp, and a MI Audio Crunch Box Each are their own sound. I do love the sound of the amp dimed though Makes me wonder why I used pedals at all.

My signal chain has a Crowther Audio HotCake into a Hermida Audio Dual Mosferatu into a Klon Centaur.
I use either the Crowther Audio HotCake or the Dual Mosferatu depending on the situation. I usually use the HotCake for fuzzier sounds and the Dual Mosferatu for the harder rock sounds.
Klon Centaur is always on as a clean boost to fatten things up.
