Any OLD Judas Priest fans out there? I just love the warmth and heaviness on "Sin After Sin" while "Stained Class" was SO FAR AHEAD of its time. WOW.

I was a big priest fan when I was in the military. It's been awhile since I listened to one of their albums. Good times.

Oh COOL, a Michael Schenker fan too! Urban legend is that Schenker wanted to buy KK's Flying V, but KK bought it first!

HUGE Schenker influence here. Just from that short window in the late 70's. Saw the '78 tour. Opening act. I can't remember who they opened for. I want to say Rush, but I don't think that's right. (I think that was Blackfoot)
OH! I remember now!! STYX (if you can believe it) The Grand Illusion tour. Back before they got all Mr. Roboto crappy.

I'm a huge Priest fan, Schenker too, for that matter.
I caught their final tour with Thin Lizzy and Black Label Society. It was without KK, unfortunately, but pretty epic, nonetheless. Unbelievably loud concert!

I thought I heard that Judas Priest is working on a new album? ? (So much for "final tour"--DOH--But I also remember Ozzy "retiring" many many years back). I saw an interview with KK who is now a businessman! Some sort of (golf?) resort. GO FIGURE!

I had British Steel and Screaming For Vengeance back in the day on album. I haven't listened to JP in years!
I may have Screaming on CD.....I think I'll check and if so, rip it to the iPod for a change of pace!

They have a lot of good songs.
