I lissened to some Micheal Burks yesterday. Then on Blueville xm they played some too!
High energy performer. Every song with feeling and conviction.

I think Mike was one of very few blues players that could have carried the torch where BB and Buddy Guy will someday leave off.What a loss for us left behind. I just know he's somewhere out in the universe wailing.

I wake up every morning to "One More Chance", love that tune...I had hoped to see him live someday but that all changed...RIP Michael!
