This baby sure sees some of the least activity on this forum. So here is a shout out!
I am in the middle of a house renovation which has forced me to lend my amps to friends. I got a chance to get over there on the weekend and crank it up (2.5 on the volume dial, owners will know that is loud for a house) Spanking cleans with my friend's Fender Jaguar. After splatting our ears with single coil quack, ran 3-4 different fuzzes through the thing and had blast.
What a great amp. It is equal to my Route 66 in love. I could never get rid of either.

When I was playing w/ a classic rock band last spring, the KT was my go-to. A really great amp (my favorite of that family of Zs).

They are versatile, no question about it. I use mine mostly with my archtops for jazz with a 1x12 or 2x12 cabinet. The clean headroom is perfect for it. The next time I get a call for loud stuff, I may take the KT and see what happens.

Hear, hear! I'm still diggin' mine...in fact, it has replaced my Ghia for gigging lately. Running it through a Z 1X10/Red Fang which helps to tame it somewhat (as compared to the Z Best). Great amp!
