I put up a thread in the "Effects" section but no response.
But I just had to tell you guys about using an Arc Effects Klone v2 with my M12. Man it's awesome. It can hae great rock gain but with a semi-smooth character built into it, but it also has a great low midrange growl. Pleanty of bite and boost and overdrive. It's pretty versatile.
If you want you your M12 to effortlessly rock out, this is the pedal to get. It was what I was looming for in many other pedals and just couldn't find it. The Arc Klone v2 is awesome.
I like it best with a Les Paul/Humbucker styled guitar. The Arc Klone and this type of guitar just seem to match well with each other.
It's also my favorite booster and stacker with my Bearfoot HBOD. It helps me get many more shades of tones out of my HBOD. It can take the HBOD's saggy low end and make it tighter while also adding articulation to the HBOD's gain structure. But depending on where you can set the controls it can also make it fatter and warmer. It can do all these things and anything in between while also adding gain obviously.
Amuways, I'm thrilled with it and thought it should be worth while for y'all to check out if you wanted to or have been interested.
it has a bit of a learning curve as the controls don't worth traditionally. They all have much more power than you'd expect. Also, it seems that each knob add significant boost/volume when you turn it up. For example the "Tone" knob is not a typical tone knob but rather a "Treble" knob that seems to add volume and overdrive at higher settings. Maybe everyone else already knows this if they are familiar with a Klon. But I never have been.
Hope this helps.
