Do any of you guys had the chance to try this speaker on your EZG50? I tried a whole bunch of speakers i tried with it, and was really curious on this one. I really dig the 1265 and et65 for now. Thanks in advance!

I just NEEDED to try this. I went ahead and ordered one. I tried it today on my 1x12 combo. It´s insane!!!! if you´re looking for a bit more midrange warmth on your ezg, and like to play with overdrive pedals or cranking the amp, it´s glorious. There´s plenty of low end, lots of midrange warmth, and it´s clear, but the highs are never piercing, i mean never. I´ve played 3 hours straight, very loud, without the slightest hint of ear fatigue. I´ve tried lots of speakers. My favorites where the usual 1265 and et65. I find it a bit more midrangey than the 1265. It favors overdrive in a much nicer way. Regarding clean sounds, it won´t do the scooped thing very well though. With no mids, there´s still some midrange color, which i find very appealing. I don´t think though it alters the clean sounds to a whole new thing, but it certainly offers another flavour. The et65 it´s the tighter feeling of the 3, with less mids. It´s ideal for people looking for a very nice and tight clean sound. Has a great funky spank, but though it´s good, it doesn´t shine with overdrive pedals. It takes away some nice mids, and has that scooped crunch with od. I would consider the 1265 in the middle comparing the 3 of them. If you favor clean sounds, but like to use overdrive, maybe the 1265 is the best call. It´s looser than the et65, with a bit more mids but not as honky and colored as the creamback. It´s more subdued. However i find the creamback very versatile because it can cover lots of ground. It has a wonderful tone. I´ll have to gig with it and break it in. I´ve gigs coming up, and will play the heck out of it, so hopefully it will break in soon. I am very pleased with the result, and it´s nice to have 3 options.
