Hey all, Been giving lots of play-time to Gibson Les Paul (stock standard Studio model) into the Monza (non-master vol) thru an older Z 210 .... straight-in, no effects .... Vol 9:30; Drive 11:00 and Tone 12:00 The sound: Strong - truly "feels" more forceful than many other amp+guitar combinations I've experienced Throat-y Wood-y Powerful - this is not a skinny sound .... but not necessarily milk-shake thick like a Route 66
Harmoinically and melodically hot - been noiticing that I am using more Tele-bends and technique ..... even tho' I am playing a Gibson - and, my note selection and chording is a lil' different Toneful 'n' loud ...... caint seem to move the volume past 10:00; using the guitar volume 99.9 % of the time - but I aint complaining cheers always, eh Joel

Sounds like you have a "GOOD" problem for yourself.

Yes .... I suppose it is a "GOOD" problem. Just I wanted to make sure I wasn't mis-hearing or mis-understanding what I have going on sounds-wise - I like what I am hearing, I am just getting more comfortable with it as it seems to be a lil' bit outside of what I have chased sound-wise in the past .... if that makes sense. I am thinking/obsessing/whatever far-too-much ..... really, I just gotta play and keep on smiling cheers always, Joel
