Anthony whipped this 1x12 oval backed cab up for me, loaded ( for now) with an Eminence Swamp Thang 16ohm. He matched it perfectly to my head, and tolex. Now all I have to do is stick one of my Z's on.

Maybe I won't put a Z on it because I wouldn't want to mis- represent. I needed a 1x12 to match the head, and I looked for used Z cabs for almost 6 months. I have a red Z-Best, but for most clubs I play, the Best is just too much cab. The price increase prohibited me from buying a new Z cabinet now, or until I move some stuff I have. As far as how it sounds played about 1 hour on it and I'm liking the "clean-ness" of the Swamp Thang. Kind of reminds me of my old twin when I had some JBL's back in the 70's. the open back(oval) gives the cab a nice dispersion in the room, great for smaller stages.

I like the EZG w/ a Swamp Thang. Tried it w/ a MAZ Jr, and I'd much rather have the Celestion it came with. Just something about 6L6's, a splash o' 'voib and a cleanish speaker w/ a silver dust cap, sounds like it oughta. Let's hear some sound clips! No pedals, now....

I've got 3 jobs to break it in this week. Never can really tell about stuff until ya get em in a live situation. Sound lips BW, don't really have the means for this, but ill report on my findings next week. I used my ZBest last time I had my Evan out, and it sounded great, but it projects too much on the club stages I play on. Looking forward to playing this cab.
