Anyone currently running this rig (z 1x12 cab and creamback). I'm tempted to swap my Remedy out for an Antidote to give it a try?

I liked the Creamback with my Remedy best of any of my Z's. I can't imagine it not sounding great with the Antidote. That said, with my use, an attenuator is needed unless I want totally clean tones. I very much enjoy my Gold's. 4-10's and 1-12....along with my Tone Tubby AlNiCo. As far as replacing the Remedy with the Antidote, what you'll find is a smoother, sweeter, rounder sounding amplifier. .....with all the high end you'll ever need.
...Enjoy~

Just thought I'd post a little updat here on the settings tried last night at rehearsal.
Antidote with 1x12 and creamback. Airbrake on 2 with EQ bypass engaged. Hi Volume 10 0'clock Normal Volume was off.
PRS DGT and then used my old white fulldrive in comp cut to push for solos. Sounded awesome. Really love the fulldrive for boosts, far better than my new Klon I had and I tend to use it over the Xotic EQ boost too.
With the volume on the guitar and the split coil options I could go from a nice dirty rhythm to nice cleans for the rhythm of 'show me the way' without having to touch the amp.

^^^ Nice, Sam. I have a cab with a Creamback on order. Can't wait to try your settings. I'm sure you'll love it. It was quite a small room, I reckon on a gig I could probably get away with not using the air brake. The Fulldrive is such a great boost too.

I didn't Mike no, I've just hot back from a gig now using the same setup. Totally awesome! Really pleased with everything. I can't say enough good things about the fulldrive in comp-cut. Hopefully I'll get some footage next Saturday for you to hear.

I should have my Creamback today or tomorrow. How's the creamback? Should be here tomorrow. This week shipping was slower than the usual ''snail'' because of Labor day. I will post my take after a Friday jam...

Got the Creamback in today and...Nice!!!!!!!much more mids and smoooooth. My G12H was good, the the Creamback Kills. I can't wait til' brake-in. I get all this cool stuff and now I'm mainly paying in an acoustic /electric duo this Summer. Oh well. I'm loving it too...I must be getting old. 61 is the new 45. LOL The Antidote sounded very full in the tonal spectrum and my 65 Ventura sounded better too. I ran it thru and EC Vibro-Champ and that sound cool too. much better than the 8 inch. I have been using my buddy's Fender for the acoustic duo stuff and that little sucker with the Creamback sounded big.

Just played my Dote today at the house alone. YEAH! The Creamback is Very Creamy with the Antidote, There is no harshness anywhere in the sonic landscape, Some amps are great for lead work some for rhythm. The Antidote is Killer for both, It does everything GREAT. Takes pedals in spades. I wish I was back rockin' but not for now. I wonder what a Creamback and a Gold would sound like....I can guess. Sweet cream/and in your face all at once, sounds like ''amp porno.'' I hate to let her go. This is the best Z I have ever played. The rhythms sound like an old Beatles album and the solos like Joe B meats Jimmy and Duanne.
