I like some White Stripes' songs but don't have any of their music because I tire easily of Jack White's voice. I thought if only he had a different singer. Voilà - the Dead Weather. Juicy guitar work.

Great stuff. Heavy as hell without the cliches.

I've been listening to their second album today; I was only familiar with the first one and some live stuff. It's amazing! Super dynamic, heavy without being dogmatic, solid lyrics, great vocals.

Love their first two albums. This new one not so much. And that singer scares the living @#$$ out of me but I love it! +1 on Cut Like a Buffalo.

Recently picked up on this ensemble. Liking them. Wonder if I could convince my blues band to do I Feel Love (Every Million Miles)?

Jack plays drums in this band which is cool although the guitar is very similar texturally to be the Raconteurs and White Stripes.
