What's your favorite OD pedals to use with the Mazerati (v2)? I play a tele mainly..
Cheers!

I have a Keeley-modded Boss Blues Driver that works for me and also use a Fulltone Plimsoul for more hair.
I know that this probably isn't the exotic (xotic?) answer you were expecting.

What I used to like to do when I had my Mazerati (V2) for some dirt was turn the volume up to between 3:00-4:00. I didn't need any pedals when it was cranked up (I did use an Airbrake, however...) like that. For cleans, I'd roll the volume back a little on my ASATs. When I couldn't crank it (even w/ the Airbrake), I'd usually step on an Xotic BB. Great amp... I miss it.

I've used several with my V1 but always go back to my Full Drive II. The V1 has the most natural tube distortion on earth IMHO. It opened my eyes to what that really meant.

My Tele, Z28, Carmen Ghia and I love the Lumpy's Jelly Roll, now called Class A. I have a custom shop version with NOS Germanium trannies and mustard caps arriving tomorrow for even more juicy tweed/Supro furr

I'm totally in love with the Barber Gain Changer. It's the most versatile pedal I've found, with toggles that actually DO something. Basically it has standard OD pedal controls plus a lo/hi gain toggle, but most interestingly an EQ curve 3-way toggle. One position is flat, the second position is a mid-hump TS style sound, and the third does the mid hump plus a low boost (if I remember correctly). That mid bump is great for taming a bright Tele, plus you have the option of the other two positions. Super cool pedal.

Fulltone OCD.... I'm not a fan of any Tube Screamer variation (Fulldrive, Paisley Drive, Sparkle Drive, Signa Drive etc..)
But the OCD allows me to turn down my guitars volume and pretty much have a clean tone, with very little tone change.

Barber Gain Chainger, Wampler Paisley Drive, and even the Barber Direct Drive all sound good with my teles. They all seem to have thickening effect that goes well tele pickups.

Paisley drive mostly for me. I like to use the Xotic RC booster too if that counts.. I've got a Keely BD-2 that Ive never gotten to bond with. It has kind of a grainy static sounding OD to it if that makes any sense. Its hard to describe I just don't really like it much.

Jacques...I have a Rockett Effects Chicken Soup OD on the way...these are based on the Nobels ODR-1...not tubescreamer based...I am excited to hear it. I have the Tim Pierce OD and it's super cool as well.

I have the Tim Pierce OD and it's super cool as well. The Nobels ODR-1 isn't an "exact" tube screamer copy, but it's VERY similar. Tone control and filtering are different and there are additional germanium diodes after the first gain stage. That being said, the Visual Sound Open Road is also an ODR-1 clone, and I love it. It's been on my board for 2 years now. But I get what you meant. lol
