I've had the M12 going into a Z-4x10 cabinet for several months now. I made a discovery when fooling around with the KoT. I like the KoT in the thickest overdrive mode, drive and volume dimed and tone at noon or a bit above. I run a JHS Klon Replica into the KoT like this: volume-noon or a bit above, treble-10 to 11 oclock, gain-9 oclock. I like the Hi setting on the M12, and I had run the bass and treble at noon before pushing those into gain territory, but I still was not getting enough bass. So just twisting the knobs I took the Bass up to 2:30-3 and the Treble I left somewhere between 11 and noon. It was thick, gritty and right up my alley. Where have you guys had luck with your settings and pedal combos? In terms of fuzz, I love the Lunar Module into the M12. That has turned out to be my #1 fuzz.

This sits best in band situations with my pedals, but with the Volume anywhere from 11:00-3:00, depending on venue. I also sometimes run the bass a touch higher if the combo is on a stand instead of the floor.

Funny I run it with the switch in the low position. Bass at 1-2 o'clock and Treb a tad above noon. Volume anywhere from 12 - 3 depending on if I want to disturb the rest of the house.

I set mine more like Mazmaster. I wonder now if cranking the bass some and lowering the volume may sound good. I will have to try that!

I will sometimes run my bass up to noon, based on cab and room and how it all sits in the mix. The amp sounds amazing with a bunch of different settings!

Due to my volume requirements I decided to experiment with the LO input again so I can run volume higher for some more natural sounding overdrive (pushing the amp harder yet still betting OD from my HBOD).
I'm actually really liking the results. It makes the overdrive a bit more rounded and focused sounding. My settings are still the same for EQ but I can now run my volume up to 1:30 which makes overdriven sound better, prolly cuz I'm pushing the amp more.
Both input modes have there advantages, experiment with both. You will find that the LO input setting might sound a bit duller - but it's not dull, just sounds that way in compassion to HI mode which has a prettier, brighter and more strident high end.

I'm having fun with Bass around noon and V and T both around 3 o'clock. Lo setting with a Tele. No pedals
