ok actually my question should be....i took out my speakers in my z best without taking note of the wiring...how do i wire it back

That's funny! You're a regular guy, just like me. Check the website for impedance on you cab and wire it to match. Giving you a bump for being a regular knucklehead (like me) and owning up.

The Z-Best I had last year was wired in parrallel, as are most 2x12 cabs.
Positive to positive & negative to negative.

I have a related question...I want to add a jack and wire each speaker separate for stereo. Do you know what the individual speaker impedance is?

The impedance will be listed on the back of the speaker.

Since it's an 8 ohm cab, if the speakers are wired parallel, each speaker must be 16 ohms by itself or you wouldn't have 8 ohms with both speakers connected.
