Works good with 210 cab and Stratocaster.... Will let u know how it goes with 112 AND 210 Edit: should also mention it is quite well matched to Z-best In my humble opinion

Ditto on the Z-Best match up! I have a 1x10 combo and have unplugged the Red Fang to hook up to the Z-Best. I think it lets the amp breathe much better and it still has a good amount of air coming from the 2x12 speakers. I prefer the having the 1x10 over a head version for the grab-and-go capability. Plenty loud enough to gig with, especially with today's bar volume levels.

I have played mine with a 4x12 cab but I don't like the speakers in the cab for the Monzter. However when played over 2x12 celestion golds.....holy cow.
I have the combo but I often unplug the red fang and go for the gold. it is good to have the combo just in case...grab and go

Hey, has anyone tried using one of Todd's split cables and used a 112 cab with the 10 in. red fang?

Hey, has anyone tried using one of Todd's split cables and used a 112 cab with the 10 in. red fang? Yes I have done that. When I bought my first Monza I got a matching Dr Z 1×12 to go with it, red of course! The V30 in the 1×12 was a nice compliment to 10" Red Fang. That was before the MV though. Sounded great
