I thought I would poke my nose in the Monza section and see whats up. I miss my Monza but have been digging the Z28, will be in church tomorrow with the '28 in fact. I took my Monza to church a couple of times, really sounded great on high gain back ground chords! Anyway, just trying to stir the pot a bit over here God bless, Todd

I was hoping I could retain an honorary membership since I owned two of these bad boys already

I bought my last two cables JUST BECAUSE that owl bra hat (and because i needed two cables). Stupid question now........... Does the monza rock? It's supposed to get fully saturated rock tones without any overdrive pedals, right? and sound flippin awesome? Can my ghia get closer to that sound or do I need a monza? I get that out of my ghia with boost and OD pedals, but I think I need a monza. Do they come in surf green?!!!

It rocks! I have to turn it way down for heavy blues. It's like a hot Marshall in a small package. To me, it's hard to believe that this little amp can do what it does.

In all honesty, i miss the Monza. I was going to get the MV mod but decided to trade it for something... I may pick up another with the MV mod.

I'm wondering if we can get a monza/remedy comparison? I'd like to add a new Z next year and both seem interesting, Hoping to get some feedback to steer me in the right direction (or keep me happy with my ghia and z-28). This would be for a heavy pop rock group. Kinda like weezer/foo fighters type chunky chords and real dirty solos. So the ghia, boost, and humbuckers get me there, but I'm thinking another amp would be cool. In surf green. loud and angry.
