12"
Someone said that they would play with railroad ties if they could. I'm in that boat too. The bigger the frets the better. I don't go over 17 anyway.

I'm really diggin the usacg 7 1/4 to 9 1/2 compound radius. last year I got a neck from them its called the 63 which is a medium c the neck still feels vintage but you dont have to fight for those bends around the 15th fret

I just can't get the strings down low enough on guitars with less than 12" radius. My Lentz definitely has higher strings than my other guitars and I blame the 9.5" radius. I really don't like the zing on bends. I had my '52 reissue refretted and when he did it I had him plane the fingerboard to a 10" to 14" compound. It plays great. My Tom A plays well too except there is a slight hump somewhere in the neck and the SS frets give the techs a hard time when leveling. I've spent all of my time, until I got the Lentz, playing Gibsons, old Danos, Gretsches, Travis Bean, Heritage, all guitars with pretty flat radiuses. They are the best for me.

I like whatever my allparts tele neck has...which I believe is a 9.5. Allparts are awesome necks for the money Ronnie. If yours has a v shape like an old 55' then it will have a 71/4 radius with frets that are just a little bigger than vintage Fender wire. If on the other hand yours has a big clubby baseball bat feel like a Fender nocaster then the radius will be 9' with wire closer to medium jumbo. My blonde swamp ash parts tele is allparts all the way with fralins and my newest project that i just pieced together ttoday is a daphne blue highway 1 strat body with a big fat 54' strat type neck.

If the neck has the right profile in the back - not too full, not too skinny, I don't care how the fretboard's sized.

As long as the frets are tall enough so I can get my fingers underneath the string, I'm golden.

Any radius with excellent set up and fret work will play just fine for me. A Fender or Fender style guitar with anything flatter than 9.5" just doesn't feel right to me however. I think the flatter radius' are easier to get set up and playing easy than the smaller radius'. But excellent fret work can make 7 1/4 play just as nice as a 12" radius.

My favorite fretboard radius is 15". I have a few Carvin guitars sporting 15" radii with 25" scale. Very nice. After playing those, it's hard to go back to a 12" radius or less. They just don't feel right/comfortable anymore.

I like them all.
I have a vintage 7.5 52 RI tele that is a beaut (high action, admittedly), a 9.5 on the tele, and a 12 on the LP. I tend to play them all differently, though. I agree about the quality of the fretwork, it makes all the difference.

I'm actually have Scott Lentz make me a 12" radius neck for my Lentz DL90. I am so not a small radius neck guy. I'd take a flatter radius than that but Scott's not set up for it.

all my electrics have 10" radius, 6150 frets, 1 11/16" nuts, Grosh med/lg shape - works for me. I think it's has a lot to do with personal taste and feel

The 10" radius, 1 11/16 Medium/Fat neck on my new Grosh Retro Classic is the best I've ever played. From the second I got the guitar it felt like home to me, like I'd been playing the guitar for 10 years already. Stainless steel 6105 frets. Very comfy.

I tend to like the neck to be more on the chuncky side with some meat to it. The radius can vary as long as the neck feels good. My favorite is 12"r, 1 11/16" nw, 59 round neck (its a Gibson thang).

I have two acoustics, a Guild D-50 and a Gibson J-200M. I have three electrics, a LP with a phat 59 neck, a CS-336 with the sort of slim 60's neck and a 60th Anniversary Strat with the so-called modern neck. These five guitars represent a broad range of neck dimensions. If I play one exclusively for a while, any other one feels odd for about five minutes. Other than that, I am into playing that guitar and I really do not notice the differences much unless the action is off. I do not gig nor do I put in the hours that many here do. Perhaps if my chops were better I could wax poetic about the differences. I am just glad to have some nice guitars.

7.5" and 12" (i.e., G&L necks #1 and #2) with big ol' 6100 wire.
However, I've also been enjoying my Les Paul with the 60s neck. Don't know what that radius is, but it feels like a Les Paul should.
I find that I don't mind the differences in radii. I seem to play a little differently depending on the size of the neck. The PRS Wide Fat causes me to slow down a lot, whereas the 7.5" G&L neck seems to induce me to play faster.
