Well after many years of curiosity for a Zamp, I aquired my first one. A RXES head. I've played Boogie amps for years and still have a Triaxis rig so I wasn't sure how I'd like the Z. All I can say is WOW. It's the loudest little monster at 45 watts I've ever heard. A versatile amp to my suprise as well. It's the cleanest ,punchiest amp at lower volumes and it floors me how the character of the amp changes as the volume is changed. Definately a go to amp for just about any type of music. Experimenting with different dirt pedals and got a good deal on a Mini mass that will be here today,so its gonna open the amp up even better I'm hoping..Build quality and sound is excellent. Hats off to Z for this audible work of art !

Welcome! And yeah.. you'll probably want to be using that MiniMASS. 45 watts of Z is a whole lotta watts. Congrats on your new Rx.

I haven't posted much but I read all the time. Anyway, I got an RxES last year and installed a Z-Lite in the amp. Great combo. I usually run the Z-Lite on 2 or 3 to tame the output tubes a bit. No problems at all and killer OD. Hope you enjoy the amp - it's a great one.
