Cool. Too bad I just sold off most of my pedals... LOL! Somehow, I know that won't stop you from hunting down some new ones. I am curious about what makes this amp so pedal friendly, though. Need some deets!!!

It's funny--I've been trying and mostly rejecting Wampler amp-in-a-box pedals because they don't play nice with my preferred (dirty) settings on the MAZ. I guess if you can't get the pedals to play nice with your amp, you get an amp that plays nice with yer pedals. I seem to be heading the opposite direction--fewer pedals and more distinct voicing in the amp--but I can see how this would be a great option for folks who were looking for a broad range of specific amp tones from an array of pedals.

...I can see how this would be a great option for folks who were looking for a broad range of specific amp tones from an array of pedals. I'm with you on this one. The M12 might not be the amp for me (although I do have a fair amount of pedals) but I could definitely see how this could THE perfect amp for a not-so-small group of folks. Kinda sounds like a mini KT-45? Ohmygod, you're right... it does kinda come across that way, doesn't it?

Think of the M12 as the perfect half powered offspring of the Z Wreck and Stang Ray.Poor guys at the Z shop, they gonna be working some OT, me thinks. kc

its got a bit of the sparkle of that the Stang Ray has, nice clean head room way up the volume knob so you can let your pedals do the overdrive for you. Its a nice idea and still has the Z magic. Todd
