Hey beautiful people! I just got the Twin Reverb which needs to be tamed down. 85W, 4 Ohms, Eminence speakers, lovely clean, but loud as hell. I'm sure you have tried the Air Brake with this amp. What I wonder was if there was a need for some adjustment of attenuation per step. If anyone have done it with the good result, please show me the pic of the sliders positions after the tweaking the Brake.
Appreciate your reply!

The Airbrake works for amps up to 100 watts, with output impedances of 4, 8 or 16 ohms. Looks like yours qualifies! Check the links in my signature for some other details about the Z attenuators.

Thanks Steve, your specs sheets are superb! What would be interesting to know is if anyone has done any changes in original settings. I guess I'll be running it unchanged and listen.

What I've learned here over the last five years is that to some people, 3db is nothing - they can not hear it. To others, 1db is perceptible. So it is difficult to make recommendations when it is your ears that will have the final say. A 3db change might be monumental to you (as it is to me), but you may not even notice the difference.
