I posted this in the JAZ section as well. Here is a demo of cover tunes our band recently worked on. I played a JAZ 1x12 and the other guitar player used my RX Jr. I played lead and sang on the first cover, Old Alabama. We pretty much just used tele style guitars except for sweet child of mine. I actually played the intro riff to that song on my tele, lol. Anyways, we switch off on lead guitar parts alot, so if you're curious about a part just ask. The darker sounding guitar is the JAZ. It's a little too dark for me in some parts, but being as we both had teles I didn't want to have two bright sounding singlecoil guitars. So I dialed mine in a little darker. Also, please excuse the vocals, lol. These are essentially scratch tracks. We thought we were going to get to do them over. When I sang I concentrated on my lead parts and you can probably tell that the vocals aren't the best. I sang the first two BTW. Hope ya'll like it. snd.sc/HE9n2c

The clean electric rythm was the JAZ. Most of the overdriven lead was the RX Jr except for the last solo which was the JAZ. The RX Jr had a TS-9 and Boss delay in front. The JAZ had an Ego Comp, delay, and amp reverb. The overdriven JAZ tones at the end were with a Barber burn unit EQ.
The RX Jr had a G12H30 installed, while the JAZ had an alnico Tone Tubby.

Anywhere that will have us! Lol. We only play a few times a month because we all have families and that's #1. But when we do play, we have a few clubs, restaurants, and misc outdoor gigs in the summer. We usually play a few private parties too. This weekend we will be playing at a "fly-in." Lots of people, air planes, food and other fun activities.
