i am really impressed with my new monza. i found the sweet spot without an attenuator or master volume. have the drive all the way up, tone on about 11 oclock, and the vol just "barely on", whisper quiet and there is a lot of tone range and volume with your guitar volume knob,, it is simple but it works.the amp really cleans up well for me at that low volume,, i do a coffeehouse gig once a week with another person, and the sustain on this amp just seals the deal for me. it has the rich tone of a carmen ghia, and the sustain of the mazerati gt, even at low volumes. amazing what can be done with 2 el84 tubes. UPDATE: played monza at church this morning through two weber 8 inch alnico speakers. worked like a charm. had volume knob on guitar about 6 or 7 and bumped it up for solos and swells. sure, i could use a ghia or maz 18 etc, but the sustain with the drive all the way up at low volume really works fine. that endless sustain, it gets a great bluegrass volume tone.

NICE. I usually have mine at everything (MV,V and G) at 8 O'Clock and tone at 1 o'clock and do get some fair cleans
will try your settings. Thank you for sharing

Your post indicates you have the non-MV version, as do I. The clean tones are in a limited zone on the volume knob, but they're there. I never would have considered this amp for a coffeehouse gig though. Cool

I built templates for a few, Todd, using the MAZ 18 format as a model. Never got around to finishing or loading any settings.
Here's the Monza one
