I'm running a head with a 4x10 cab. I never dime the amp out. Not even close. Could I use a Brake Lite safely?

You're probably aware that the Brake Lite is rated for up to 45 watts, and the EZG is five watts over the limit.
Do you already own a BL? If not, it's advisable to seek out an attenuator that can handle higher power. If you do own a BL, it's probably best to check with the Z factory as to what potential damage might occur. Email brent@drzamps; Brent usually is quick to reply.

I don't already own one, but I am getting a stand alone with my new Maz 8 head. I'll email Brent. Thanks for the tip.

This is the response I got ...
"You are generally safe up to 12:00 with the EZG and a Brake Lite. Beyond 12:00 and you'll fry the Lite and can damage your output transformer. When cranked, the EZG will exceed 50 watts much like all other 50 watt amps."
Frankie do you run your EZG at more than 12 'oclock with the BL?
