And opened her wide open. ;D I was playing my Gibby 335 with it - I felt air coming from the f holes. Absolutely wonderful tone with a little Z-Verb action going too. Absolutely the best tone I've ever heard in my life. So smooth, rich, and vintage sounding. Awesome, awesome touch response with that 335. Articulate!! Then I sighed when I realized I can't ever play this loud at church... Put a smile on my face today. LOL, I laid some guitar tracks down before Christmas for a recording project for EMI... I had my Z cab in the sanctuary for isolation and reverb. My friend's wife said she could hear it down the street. ;D

Howdy, I pulled the same stunt with my red knob "The Twin" and recieved a fan letter from the Seismographic dept at LSU! No doubt I'd have preferred your tone. Enjoy that Route 66.

It is such a nice overdrive... very vintage sounding, I think. Reminds me of the past and those golden years of amps. Not high gain at all, but a nice smooooth overdrive.

I must say that the Rt66 is such a great amp! having the 4x10 Z under it just kills! I actually moved my EZG off the other 4x10 the other day and ran the RT through 2 Z 4x10s and it was pure heaven to the auditory sense! I would put that against any 50 watt marshall and still have plenty of volume knob to spare!
