Arrived yesterday, late afternoon. The box was extremely cold so I let it warm to room temperature overnight, had family stuff to suffer anyway. My neighbor, 35 yrs. experience, checked it out this morning and said that except for some dust the tubes (apparently original w/ the GT KT66's, EF 86, GZ34,...) were close to specification and it was working properly. Emerald City guitar described it exactly as the amp appears, almost brand new, definitely a closet classic.
Fired it up, 30 minutes later I still cannot believe how beefy the tone is and the sustain is great. Appreciate all the comments and recommends for I know this is going to be fun. I'll definitely be a regular on this forum after reviewing the old posts and look forward to "Route Talk" in the future. You guys are "Z" best! Thanks.
