I'm looking to get really high quality cables for for my effects loop. Probably 20Feet.
Any good suggestions?

Can't go wrong with Monster, pricey, but worth it.

Can't go wrong with Monster, pricey, but worth it. Yeah, I'm looking at the Monster. Some tests I've done with Monster panned out really good. I'm just trying to decide on the grade. I know the SP 1000's will sound awesome, but at $150 bucks a piece. I'm goign to start with the Rock Monster Cable or the P500 (the step just below the SP1000's). I'm using these for Effects send/return cables. Any good suggestions?

Maction, I just got my 1st Bayou Cable in the mail - 10 footer with G&H connectors - and it looks beautiful. He does a fantastic soldering job on these puppies. The ends also have a little copper tip on them too. I can't wait to try it out. The best thing is it only cost $19! I'm ordering a 15 footer right now. He even sent me some candy with my order!
Thanks again for the tip man,
Johnny

I got the SP 1000's used on ebay for $140 for a pair. I didn't realize the retail was so high on them, I just couldn't find them anywhere.

George Ls are great. Sometimes they loosen up and the signal gets weak but just keep them tight and they'll sound great forever. To me one huge advantage with the George Ls is how small they are when rolled up. I just loop them, no kinks. You can probably pack 4 George Ls in the space of one normal high end cord. To me compact is good.

Yep. and I could definitely tell the difference. I had a pretty decent cable with Swtichcraft ends I was using before and the Bayou was less muddy. I have a little more presence on tap now. Thanks man!

just bought a new fulltone cable 15' from FatSound Guitars and like it a lot. It has tone equally as transparent as the george L.I am trying it to see if it hold up tonewise over the next few days but I imagine it will.

every, and i mean every monster cable i've ever used has gone bad...including the tiny little ones on my pedalboard that never moved.....
i've had VERY good luck with dimarzio and george l's with switchcraft ends soldered on.....the screw on george l ends work fine too, but i've had a few loosen up.....
