I couldn't take it anymore...I just ordered a Blonde to go with my other Blonde (Maz 18 NR 212). I really shouldn't have ever listened to the clips. And knowing that I never really get to turn up the 18...I bit the bullet. Fat Sound...I'm Waiting!!!!!

The volume is very manageable on the 8, but it can be plenty loud for a lot of venues, the places where you can't get an 18 running at its full potential without using an attenuator.

I think you'll like it alot, I've been really enjoying mine so far, I am looking forward to speaker breaking in, its a little brittle at times . . . just have to play it more and more Todd

Forgive me if I am being too academic...
I have found that the breakin process that Celestion has on their site actually works and accelerates the process. Check it out if you haven't...

I just used mine with a live drummer and bass player and had no problems being and that was in triode mode! Todd
