hey did you ever figure out if your KT had the linear output?? For anyone else, how close does the 6545 45 side come to a real 45??? thanks rp

Now I can't seem to find the comments about the 8001's and UL. I've played my friends 6545, but since he's two hours away from me I haven't tried the two amps side-by-side yet. As far as the 65 side, I wouldn't give up the presence control of the SRZ.

As far as the 65 side, I wouldn't give up the presence control of the SRZ. Does the presence cut or boost??? Thinking of modding my 6545 45 side to a stangray preamp with a cut and tone control. I just passed on a KT to get a V2 Mazerati, not sure if the KT is for me any more. I know I'll end up with one sooner or later, they don't come up much. thanks for responding rp
