This has probably already been asked. Was thinking of getting a BL Stand alone to run my Maz 38 through, good idea or not?
Cheers John

Should work fine. The BL handles up to 45 watts; the Maz Sr. is 38 watts. Good to go!

I have a BL for my maz sr. and run it at varying settings with volumes near maxed at times, and have not had any issues at all...seems to work just fine:)

I don't know of any such videos, but I gig my Maz Sr with an Airbrake a lot, and it works really well. I keep the Maz's volume at 3 o' clock, set the eq, then try to get the master around 10 or 11 o' clock, then adjust the Airbrake for the room I'm playing in. That way, the amp is just starting to break up with my Strat, and I can push it a bit more with a pedal. Works for me, and normally the Airbrake ends up on the second click, though not always.

Welcome John - The stand alone has 2 output jacks (in parallel) - so it makes it easy for running multiple cabs. cheers
