Title says it all.... I bought a 20th Anniversary Rx Jr. with a matching 2x10 cabinet that I just got from UPS today. Holy Crow! I've used a '83 Super Champ for years, and it's been a nice lil' amp. That being said, man does the Rx Jr. open a lot of new sonic doorways. So articulate! Such rich harmonics! Drive anywhere from a speck of dirt to gritty rock and roll heaven!
I'd rhapsodize more, but she's callin' me for more!

Welcome to the forum first off. I have to admit that my Rx hasn't been getting much love since I got my Z28, but it is a seriously fine amp as all the docs amps (or at least the ones I've owned) are. And, I own his 2x10 cab as well and it just cooks. I actually hooked it up with my 1x12 50 watt Weber Blue Dog yesterday with one of these procablesnsound.com/items/guitar-cables/power-y-adapter-70001-detail.htm and I didn't know why I didn't try it sooner. I just used this cable to connect another 1x12 with the Maz combo I used to have. Congrats on a fun amp. Spend some time reading thru all the posts here because there are some different functions with the OD option as well as the master volume being more like an attenuator. The amp can be bright but it's tamable, and it loves pedals (though it's own grind is good ) Sonic blessings, Steve

Thanks for the welcome, Steve! I had, in my excitement, forgotten to mention that was my first post.
Definitely loving her through both the 2x10 and through the Black Shadow on my MkIIB, I should look into one of those cables to run simultaneously! As I play only at home, I am in love with the MV , it seems more like an attenuator than a volume control, just like you said...
I've been down with a nasty cold the last few days, but I can't wait to try out new settings and ideas y'all have already posted.

Very versatile little sucker Yeah, I may have to do that. I have the Z 2x10 cabinet, it seems awfully boomy and bass heavy on some occasions. Sounds pretty good through the old black shadow on my '83 Boogie!
