At this point I am looking for a Channel 2 as it were for high gain. I have the Remedy and dig what it does, however need a high gain option. What does the SRZ do that the Monza cannot or any breakdown comparisons would be great!

They both have Lots of Gain , the SRZ is super Versitle but, Very Loud and I have gigged a Ton with my SRZ and even outdoors never been over 2;00 oclock on the volume , It sounded amazing The tubes were really working and it sounds completely different at that Level. Neither amp is 2 Channel. I also wish there were more 2 Ch and Scaling options , Maybe one day??? I use the Stangray for Clean and the SRZ for dirty tones, It's alot to pack out but well worth it! ;D The Monza is a fine amp but I would say it's limited, Heavy gain tones mostly but very Gig freindly being 20 watts. Sounds very Killer Creamy Gain and Loud for 20 watts!

Good points on the flexibility. Can you comment on amount of gain and gain structure/voicing of the two rigs at their respective sweet spots. Also the comment was made that the SRZ can be pushed with OD pedals which i always end up doing wether it be a clean boost or a quality drive pedal, however, my question is without the pedals does the SRZ have the gain on tap the Monza has? Lastly the big picture on my end is, what I will get will either be the gain/2nd channel for my Remedy in the form of running two rigs or if I opt for the SRZ and it is That flexible it could replace the Rem???

I just received my SRZLE last night. I also own a Remedy head. I have a modest pedal board which will incorporate 2 OD boxes (one for each head) and I intend to employ an ABY box. Currently I own the Radial Twin City ABY with a drag control. No 60 cycle hum and no tone loss that I can spot so far. Since purchasing the Radial unit, I have been introduced to the Lehle ABY which is being touted as the best on the Market. I have no complaints about my Radial unit so I'll stick to that for now. Anyone else trying this method? I'll post my thoughts on the set up in the new year. Cheers! M
