I use my 'rati V2 for my tele clean tones and want an amp to compliment it for my blues/light rock tones with my PRS,any suggestions? Thought about a CG but it's too close to what I already have and a rt.66 but that might be too loud before I can get it to grind.

Lately, I've been using my 'Rati the same way - as the clean side of a two amp set-up. The amp that gets the most use on the "dirt" side is my 'Rati GT. It requires attenuation, though.
Both my Galaxie and SRZ-65 have also filled in as the "dirt" amp. They are both a little more controllable volume-wise due to their great MVs. I typically use the Galaxie w/ an Air Brake, too, but the SRZ's MV is fantastic. For "light rock & blues" I'd think any of these would do well.
Another two to consider would be the RXJr and the MAZ Jr. They'll give you some great tones at a lower volume. I'd give the nod to the RXJr for more dirt at lower volumes. You gotta get the MAZ Jr pretty loud to get it grinding.

I used to run a 2 amp setup. I find that the Mazerati takes pedals so well its just not worth it to haul 2 amps. Unless you like the exercise. I'm using a Wampler hot wired that has 2 channels, one for light overdrive and one for higher gain. It sounds great IMO.
