This covers a ton of ground. Assuming the chase tone red velvet is heaven with the z-28? How are u setting the z-28 for it??

It took me a while to come up with this board because my board is so small. Everything is working so well together. Even the Chase tone fuzz sounds fat with the wah. Everything is stacking good together too! Even the octava with the wah and the vibe. It's amazing. I cannot say enough good things about these Jam pedals they are well made and built like a tank and sound incredible. The chase tone is awesome as well. The Z-28 loves these pedals. I usually have my volume at about 11-12 the bass at 9 and the treble at 1. I get a nice clean tone with these settings. This board sounds amazing through my Vibro king with that reverb too.

I was close to getting the jam pedals delay llama supreme but went with el capistan. I have an itch for a modulation pedal and have a hard time figuring out what type of mod pedal to get. I only hear great things about jam and their chorus and even phase pedal. Decisions decisions.

They have a used one on guitar centers website right now. I am more into the chorus vibe tones.

All those pristine boards. Not a wire out of place. Actually mine does look like that every few months. But then I start swapping stuff and well... I'm going to get some cable kits. Got a few on my Helix set up. Makes life easier... and neater. All the boosts are there b/c there's room and that's a work in progress at the moment.

Alright sloppy non “pristine” board 😆 It’s a work in progress as a grab and go board. Eventually though, DC5 and proper ocd cut to length cables

I gotta test the Timmy tomorrow to make sure it works before slapping the 3m dual lock on and attatching it to the board.

Finally got this thing all wired up and digging it so far. Use the Rockaway Archer for an always on clean boost. The KOT is for my 339 while the Amp11 is for the Tele. Everything else is pretty straight forward. It's the biggest board I've ever had but I use all the pedals and need lots of different tones for the cover band gig I've got. Plus, I gave myself the month of January to make as many changes as I wanted. Once Feb 1 hits, no changes or purchases or sales until July.

Since I'm trying to get back to being more active on the forums, figured I'd share a picture of my pedalboard!
Most recent iteration. I'm hoping it stays this way for a while. It gets expensive chasing new pedal tech all the time!

The Jam Pedals Ripply Fall is one hell of a pedal. I have the bypass chorus sound with speed at 9 and depth around 12 (nice subtle shimmery chorus to add depth to clean or drive sounds). The middle switch doubles the speed and gets it right to Leslie sim territory (and does a damn good job of it). And I also have a phase 45 style phaser in the pedal too. When stacked it sounds lush and thick. Analog pedal with nos Panasonic chips and exceptional build quality overall. Looks beautiful, and has all the mod effects I would possibly use live. The vibrato setting set subtle sounds beautiful as well. I have a feeling this won’t be my last pedal from them!

Not that I wouldn’t mind having half of those pedals. I’ve always loved fish tanks/fish as a hobbyist though, so there’s that too lol.

It’s almost like having the Analogman man bichorus and a phaser in one pedal. This is obviously more in the ce-2 camp of chorus and not small clone like the Analogman, but it sounds phenomenal and gets the job done for Leslie sounds and a nice subtle shimmery chorus. I don’t miss have a mix knob like i did on the Julia

Decided to pare back from the PT Novo 18 to the Metro 20. Here's the latest gig board. It's amazing how much you can get on one of these smaller boards.

Reorganized the board and got the memory lane jr to the bottom row with the tap buttons for the el cap and mljr right next to each other so I can tap them both in time for rhythmic delay stacking fun. I’m looking to replace my ocd with a fuzz or a higher gain option for the z-28. I’m looking at the following options: Analogman sunface bc183 Earthquakes devices Hoof Chase tone red velvet fuzz Jam pedals red muck Jam pedals rattler Anyone have experience with any of these? The black box 2 and Timmy take care of any light to medium drive that I could possibly want and are amazing stackers.

Trojan, I would give the Hoof a try. I’ve heard really good things about that pedal.

I had a Hoof Reaper, which is a Hoof and a Tone Reaper in one with an octave up in the middle. The Hoof is a Big Muff type, the Tone Reaper a Tone Bender type. I preferred the Tone Bender side. I've never been much of a Big Muff fan. Sold it, got a "better" Tone Bender type, a Wilson Effects Fuzz. It's more tweakable, more tones in it but honestly, I dont really like fuzz with the Z28. 8 get my higher gain from a Wikson Effects Sparkling Blue, which is a dead nuts clone of an old big box Marshall Guvnor pedal. The original MIAB. Its killer, turns the Z28 into a hot rodded JCM800.

It sounds better through the Db4.

I worked on my pedalboard recently and got some of both low profile patch cables and low profile power cables from EBS. Yes I know my pedal order is non-internet approved but it's been working for me for decades. This does it for me and my Racing Stripe Carmen Ghia. Daisy chain power available for 6 pedals if need be. (5 small ones on the board and an extra for an off the board wild card)
