I want to get away from pedals!!! I only really use one, lol, but you all get the drift. Right now I use an OCD w/ my Ghia 112 w/ a Blue. It sounds good, but it still sounds like I'm using a pedal. . . I don't like attenuators (they don't do Z's justice).
Live, I usually run the Ghia around 10/11 o'clock w/ a mic on the blue (that's plenty loud!!!) I personally like havin' it go through the PA.
We're a three peice and have a rootsy (black crowes) type of vibe.
I've narrowed it down to either the Monza or the Mini into a 112. First, the Monza kinda scares me. From what everyone is saying, it's very loud. But if I ran it through a speaker with low db's, could I get a dirty tone that could mesh w/ the Ghia at 11 o'clock? The mini is very enticing, but is it loud enough to hang on a stage? I do mic the amps, so that is a plus.
Oh, and by the way I play an ASAT Classic.
Basically which amp would compliment the Ghia the best? Ghia for Clean and Monza or Mini for my dirt. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
I'll post this in the Monza and Mini section as well!
GuitarZ: I'm okay with the AARP letters. You're still living and breathing? What the heck am I to think when a funeral home sends me a free consultation offer? Ouch!

GuitarZ: Reminds me of buying my Honda. When they tried to sell me the maintenance package, I said "Is your car not reliable?" Long story short my wife teamed up with the sales lady to buy the maint package. Never again!
