The Mosferatu came yesterday, and I had all day today to try it out. Wow! This is some versatile little guy. I bought to use as my high gain OD, but all gain level settings sound great. Varying the tone and voice controls gives me from creamy smooth to downright nasty edgy. And lots of bass with no muddiness. This makes some of my other high end ODs suddenly sound kind of thin. Lower gain settings give a great crunch and now I'm sorry I didn't order the M2, but I've got a Zendrive coming and that should more than handle the crunch thing. I'm no virtuoso but I've been playing for 42 years and this is a good'n.

Good to hear!!! I've been eyeballing the M4 (4 knob) version, I think that's the only one Alf makes now. After being a little dissapointed with the Zen, I am hoping the Mos picks up from where the Zen leaves off.

I use my Mosferatu 2 quite a bit. I keep going between it and the Menatone Fish Factory. Different sounds, but both way cool. As per usual, I keep trying others, just to see what is out there.
